Return & Exchange Policy

We gladly accept exchanges within 24 hours from the delivery date, subject to the following conditions:

• Item must be unused, unworn, and in original packaging
• All tags and protective materials must be intact

Refund Policy

All items are final sale and non-refundable. We allow order inspection before the courier leaves, so please make sure to inspect your item before completing your purchase.

Shipping fees are non-refundable.

In the rare case your order arrives damaged due to shipping, SKN will:

• Replace the item at no additional cost
• Provide appropriate compensation if a replacement is not available

Customers must report shipping damage within 24 hours of receiving the order with clear photos.
